Nathan Zeder

Nathan Zeder is the number-crunching, expert-negotiating, highly-astute, “no-nonsense” pro helping to make the Jills Zeder groups the most successful in all of South Florida. A quick-study, Nathan possesses an intuitive ability to see both the big picture and fine print of any deal – large or small.

A fluent Spanish-speaker, Nathan is Miami-born and bred, well-versed in the best the Magic City has to offer. Nathan knows first-hand the dynamism found only in Miami, where opportunities await for those eager to call this city – and its unique lifestyle – home. “I can’t speak well enough or fast enough about all the benefits of having a primary or secondary residence in Miami,” Nathan says. “We are an island paradise, without actually being on an island.”

For Nathan, real estate is the ultimate “long-term relationship” business – with contacts made and connections forged with partners and clients that last for decades. Whether looking to buy or sell a home in a month or in a year, he wants the Jills Zeder team to be his clients' go-to agency for years to come.

Along with his passion for golf, Nathan is an avid tennis player and veteran of Division One-competition back during his college days. He views the discipline and competitive spirit needed for tennis as the ultimate training ground for his eventual arrival to real estate. Much like his commitment to tennis, Nathan sees real estate as a passion as much as profession. There’s no clock to punch when finding clients homes, building dreams and creating value is a seven-day-a-week endeavor.

Like every member of his family, Nathan Zeder is heavily involved in leading Miami-area philanthropic endeavors. He’s a strong supporter of his alma mater, Palmer Trinity School in Palmetto Bay, Florida, where he was captain of the tennis team and later elected to the school’s Sports Hall of Fame. At Palmer Trinity, Nathan serves on the board of its annual “Sandy” golf tournament, which has raised substantial funds for a range of academic endeavors.

Nathan is also a member of Coral Gables’ esteemed Riviera Country Club, where he has been honored to serve in a range of capacities including Vice President, member of its Board of Governors, and Chairman of the Golf Committee.

After high school at Palmer Trinity, Nathan completed his graduate studies at the University of Illinois at Champaign Urbana. There he majored in economics, while playing on the men’s tennis team — which won the Big Ten Conference Championship four years in a row. Following graduation, Nathan played professional tennis for a year, before co-founding The Zeder Team with his mother, Judy.

Following their initial success, Nathan and Judy were joined by his sister, Kara — followed by his sister-in-law, Meredith — all of whom later helped found the Jills Zeder Team. Nathan believes there are no better colleagues than his own family, who are the most knowledgeable, honorable and professional partners imaginable.

Nathan is the proud father of four children and lives with his wife, Victoria, and children in the Miami community of Coral Gables.
