Alejandro Diaz Bazan has transacted over 250 million in sales since 2007. With his vast experience in finance, development and negotiation; he skillfully structures deals to accommodate each of his clients. His keen eye for opportunities has made him an avid investor in the South Florida Market and the proof is in the returns he has made for his portfolio and his clients. After receiving his BA from Babson College, he moved to Miami Beach to specialize in asset disposition for corporate clients. From then he went on to sourcing opportunities for investors and funds as well as managing the assets. After breaking records in foreclosure sales, he specialized in building spec homes in Miami Beach as well as tailoring to clients. He continues this tradition with every new property and client he takes on.
